Shipping & Cancellations
Products are expected to be ready to ship within 8 – 14 weeks after a back order is made. Shipping dates are only an estimate and are subject to change. TUNES does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, TUNES L.L.C is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The products will be shipped in the order in which your back order is received. WE OFFER FIRST CLASS SHIPPING WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
Once you place your order, you will not be issued a refund. The purchaser is no longer eligible for a refund. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please contact us as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
COUPON CODE RESTRICTIONS. This offer is valid only during the promotion period, and while supplies last. You must be an individual end user purchaser to obtain this promotional offer. Re-sellers, governmental institutions, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, enterprise purchasers, and small business purchasers do not qualify, and TUNES reserves the right to refuse or cancel purchases made by such purchasers.

Due to the process and handling charges are applied to the shipping, all shipping and handling fees are final. By entering coupon code and completing checkout you are agreeing to these terms.

- We ship via United States Postal Service and/or United Parcel Service. A flat, non-refundable shipping and handling fee is charged per item.
